MX-FJ series fixed kettles

The MX-FJ series of the Maxia brand are deep jacketed kettles with direct steam injection. Each unit requires an available steam source. The standard equipment outlet or drain is 2″ diameter, special sizes are offered according to the use of the equipment. It is supported on a fixed 4-point structure and the product is discharged through the central drain.
