The Maxia MX-VJ series are deep jacketed kettles with direct steam injection, which are equipped with a tilting mechanism for easy operation. Each unit requires an available steam source. The product is discharged through the central or emptying drain. The outlet Standard equipment drainage is 2″ diameter, special sizes are offered according to equipment usage. This series is supported on a sturdy 2-point swivel frame. Mixers for different products: scraped surface, paddles, double or triple agitation, etc.
