Vegetable slicer 1100
Multifunctional fruit and vegetable slicer designed to optimize the industrial slicing process. It has two sides on which it can be operated simultaneously: on the centrifugal side, multiple cuts can be made essentially from bulb products, slices, cubes, stripes and juliennes from multiple products through the use of interchangeable discs. The other side of the slicer consists of a 4.72 in wide conveyor belt on which the product is feed towards a rotating blade or transversal rotating disc. The speed and cutting width is adjustable. It offers greater ease of maintenance and cleaning of the equipment.
